Foundations Therapy partners with primary schools and kinders across inner Melbourne so students, teachers and families get consistent occupational therapy support from people who know your school.
Working alongside schools is at the heart of what we do
Some of the relationships we value most are the ones we’ve built with local schools and kinders. We spend most of our week in classrooms, playgrounds and staff rooms, and we see time and again that children make the most progress when their school and their therapy team are genuinely working together.
A partnership makes our OT input available across your whole school, not just the children who already have therapy in place. Rather than several OTs coming and going with different approaches, your students, teachers and families get one familiar team that knows how your school runs.

Specialist evidence and Records of Specialist Involvement for DI applications, and input into whole-school planning.

Weekly clinician-led groups building movement skills, regulation and confidence, where every child can have a go.

Twilight sessions or curriculum-day workshops on sensory needs and regulation in the classroom.

Group programs that build the motor, play and regulation skills children need before Prep.
